Beth Combs is a knowledgeable, motivated and a diligent real estate broker. Beth specializes as a listing agent in residential and commercial real estate.  Beth works directly with residential and commercial sellers or buyers. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers but is very passionate about listing and marketing all types properties.

Beth began her real estate career  in 2014. She became a co-owner of Turn Key Realty of Harrogate in 2019 where she is actively working today. Her wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate, has quickly made her one of the most well-known top producers in the local market.

Beth's success has been attributed to her responsiveness, firm negotiation, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, superior marketing strategies and exceptional customer service commitment. Simply put, she gives her clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure their goals are met.

Beth is a lifelong resident of Claiborne County and currently lives in Tazewell.  She is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs.  In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband Barry, their family and friends.  She loves outdoor adventures on Norris Lake, traveling  and keeping up with current marketing trends all over the country.

Beth also takes great pride in her role at Turn Key Realty, coaching and assisting with the training of the Realtors. Knowledge and perseverance, is what Beth feels to be very important in the success of each Realtor and to the future of Turn Key Realty.

Together Beth and her business partner/Principle Broker Dawn Risner, want to encourage, educate and strengthen a positive attitude in each Turn Key Realty Agent.  Their goal is to be consistent in providing the tools and resources that the agents need to be  knowledgeable, ethical, respectful, professional and very successful in meeting the needs of their clients and customers.

Beth believes that to be a Realtor, one must be 100% dedicated to helping others and as a Realtor one must strive to raise the bar in customer service and satisfaction.  If one is to be truly successful, they must measure that success in heart before anything else.
